We always recommend a patch test on the inside of your wrist before first use. The formula contains no synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. It does contain colloidal oatmeal (made from oats) and botanical essential oils, so if you know you are sensitive to either, patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
